After we have confirmed your commission and agreed on the final design, the invoice will be sent out and painting will begin on completion of payment. During the design process is where changes and add-ons can be made, and once this design is agreed on, and the painting is completed, I do not offer changes to the painting or returns and refunds.

I will ensure that your painting is being shipped and protected with DPD. If any damages happen to the frame and minor damages to the painting, including denting, holes and cuts, I will make sure these are repaired, and the frame is replaced, once DPD have completed their protection claim and I've received this cover.
