My aim is to bring your ideas to life and create a bespoke piece of art for you and your loved ones that will last forever and be of high quality. I work hard to make each commission unique and reflect your character and immortalise/capture your favourite memories, adventures, animals and more! I look forward to hearing from you and creating something special for you!
How it works ✎
I currently offer a choice of three canvas sizes ranging from A2, A1 & A0.
Once you’ve selected your size, we then have a chat about what ideas you have and the aim for your commission. It helps if you also send me pictures that reflect the things you want represented. Also, if the commission is for a certain date e.g a birthday, please do let me know specific dates so I can check availability and do my best to complete the work on time!
I’ll then draw up a rough design and we can bounce some ideas around, checking we’re happy with the final design. I’ll then send you an invoice when the design is confirmed. Once the payment has been made, I then begin to bring your commission to life on the canvas!
Once your painting is completed, I then drop it off to my lovely local framer Simon, where I get your commissions hand framed. Please specify what framing you would like in your inquiry. Tray frame, behind glass and what finish you would prefer.
The final stages of completing your commission - once I have your commission back from the framers, I’ll photograph your painting, then arrange the delivery!
I currently use DPD to send all my paintings. Your painting will be shipped with next day delivery and fully insured and protected. DPD will also alert you with a delivery time within a 1hr window that day to make it that bit easier! Local delivery/pick up applies to Cardiff residents only. Thank you!

Working with Molly has been such a joy. Watching Molly's creative process of turning a moment into life through her lens was nothing short of magical. I could tell she was excited by the concept and that excitement really does shine through her art. As a gift for my partner I commission a different artists interpretation of a photograph from the moment we met. We are both huge fans of Molly's style, it seems to playfully tickle my inner child on the cheek. So for me it was a no brainer that a Molly Sinclair-Thomson would be added to the collection. Molly took great care in hearing and incorporating our story and individual passions and included them with a delicate peppering of storytelling through symbolism which I feel she is very gifted at. I am very happy to add the new addition to the collection, it is such an eye catcher and a real talking point.
